Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company fined.

On August 29, the leaders of the Quang Ngai City People's Committee announced that they had issued a decision to impose administrative penalties on Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh City Branch for illegally using urban roads and sidewalks to place and hang advertising signs.

Authorities have removed the illegally erected advertising sign of the Vaccination Center for Children and Adults, belonging to Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, which was used for disguised advertising.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai City decided to impose an administrative fine of 5 million VND on Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, and ordered the removal of all illegal advertising signs.

At the same time, this unit is required to restore the original state that was altered due to the administrative violation.

As previously reported, authorities in Quang Ngai City discovered that the Vaccination Center for Children and Adults, located at 55-57 Hai Ba Trung Street (Quang Ngai City), had erected numerous advertising signs along main roads in Quang Ngai City and surrounding areas in the form of directional signs. However, it was determined that this was a form of disguised advertising.

The Quang Ngai City Urban Order Management Team coordinated with local authorities to inspect and dismantle these illegal advertising signs and invited representatives from VNVC to work with them to handle the matter according to the law.
