INSTRUCTIONS FOR ISSUING NON-PHYSICAL CARD MB HI COLLECTION
Step 1: Log in to MB App and select “Card Services”
Step 2: Select “Issue card online” and continue to select “Issue multi-function card – Hybrid”
Step 3: On the "HI COLLECTION MULTI-FUNCTION CARD" introduction screen, scroll down and select "Issue card now"
Step 4: Choose 1 of 2 monthly statement payment methods and click "Continue"
Step 5: Check the card information you want to issue and click "Confirm"
Step 6: The screen informs you that you have successfully issued and activated the card.

1. Can I pay offline with a non-physical card?
For non-physical cards from Visa card organization, customers can integrate the card into Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets for contactless payment at payment locations using POS machines.
2. How to print a physical card from a non-physical card?
Customers can print a hard card from Smartbank or register on the MBBank App
- Print cards directly from SmartBank (2-3 minutes)
Customers access the App and scan the QR on the card printer to print the card
- Send the card to the address you registered on the MBBank App (5-7 days)
Go to Card Services, in the “My Card List” section, scroll to the non-physical card you want to print and click “Print physical card”, fill in the card delivery address and confirm the request.
Note: Image of card blank selected by Customer when issuing Only displayed on online channels, the card printed on demand from a non-physical card will be Hi Silver card, card privileges are still preserved.
