Approval of the position of Vice Chairman of Thu Duc City.

TPO - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Duc City for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Do Anh Khang.

On the morning of June 12th, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to present the decision on the transfer and approval of the position of Vice Chairman of the Thu Duc City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to Mr. Do Anh Khang.

At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Tham, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Internal Affairs, announced the decision of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Thu Duc City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Do Anh Khang, Vice Chairman of the Go Vap District People's Committee.

Previously, on June 1st, at the 11th session of the Thu Duc City People's Council, Mr. Do Anh Khang - Vice Chairman of the Go Vap District People's Committee - was elected to the position of Vice Chairman of the Thu Duc City People's Committee.

The appointment and approval of Mr. Do Anh Khang as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Duc City aims to strengthen the Standing Committee of the People's Committee of Thu Duc City according to the special mechanism stipulated in Resolution 98 of the National Assembly .

Currently, the Standing Committee of the People's Committee of Thu Duc City consists of Chairman Hoang Tung and four Vice-Chairmen: Nguyen Bach Hoang Phung, Mai Huu Quyet, Nguyen Ky Phung, and Do Anh Khang.

Mr. Do Anh Khang was born in 1970 in Thai Binh province. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science , a Master's degree in International Economics, and a Senior Certificate in Political Theory.
