The price framework for management and operation services of apartment buildings without elevators stipulates a minimum price of 1,600 VND/ m² /month and a maximum price of 7,500 VND/ m² /month.
Apartments with elevators have a minimum price of 4,400 VND/ m² /month and a maximum price of 13,200 VND/ m² /month.

The above price does not include the cost of fire and explosion insurance; maintenance costs; parking fees; communication costs; and other expenses for private owners and residents of the apartment building. This price will be applied from June 10, 2026.
The Da Nang City People's Committee has assigned relevant agencies to publicize and disseminate the price framework for apartment building management and operation services; and apartment building management boards are tasked with supervising the implementation of contracts by apartment building management units.
Specifically, the investor of a condominium construction project and the condominium management unit are responsible for collecting management and operation service fees from homeowners and residents in accordance with regulations.
