In fact, suspicions that she is not an alumnus, does not have a doctorate, and did not defend a dissertation at RADA have been spread through several social media posts.

Her educational background: From 1991-1995, People's Artist Bach Tuyet was accepted to study at RADA. In October 1995, People's Artist Bach Tuyet defended her thesis "The Adaptation of Traditional Folk Theatre Arts of Southeast Asian Countries".

After completing her studies in 10 subjects and achieving a total of 124 hours of required study and practice, in October 1995, People's Artist Bach Tuyet defended her dissertation "The Adaptation of Traditional Folk Theatre Arts of Southeast Asian Countries" and it was approved by the dissertation evaluation committee. Throughout her studies, People's Artist Bach Tuyet regularly presented her work and received support from the Vietnamese Embassy in London.

After returning to Vietnam, People's Artist Bach Tuyet submitted reports on her studies and thesis defense to the Ministry of Culture and Information, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Information, the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association, and also sent her thesis to the Director of the Department of Culture and Information and the General Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association at that time.

Because she defended her dissertation at both the Sofia National Institute of Theatre and Cinema (Bulgaria), the Institute awarded her a doctorate (number 24248) on August 15, 1996.
