On May 2 and 11, the Provincial Employment Service Center (under the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs) in collaboration with the Women's Union (WU) of Ea Sup district held a job transaction session in Cu Mlan and Ia R've communes.
At the trading sessions, there were 4 turns of enterprises and vocational training institutions participating with a total recruitment demand of 200 domestic and foreign job positions; in which there are 120 female labor positions. The main occupations are electricians, welders, food processors, garment workers, etc.

These job sessions attracted nearly 200 female members (aged 18-35) from Cu Mlan and Ia R've communes. Here, women members were represented by provincial Employment Service Centers, recruitment agencies and vocational training institutions to participate in job sessions to provide information on the labor market, jobs inside and outside the province, and labor export markets in some countries; advising on support policies of the State for laborers working abroad; policies and regimes when participating in rural vocational training...

As a result, there were 105 employees who provided personal information to be consulted by the Employment Service Center for remote job search, and there were 30 employees who wanted to search for workers directly at job sessions; 6 workers are recruited directly. In particular, 6 workers with labor export needs were consulted and connected by the Provincial Employment Service Center to select orders.
