- Through the program and regulations on coordinating propaganda with departments, branches, units and localities in the province, in recent times, the propaganda work of Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station has always promoted the "correct", "accurate", "effective" qualities, reflecting multi-dimensional contents and fields, creating positive spread in society.
Currently, Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station are implementing regulations and programs to coordinate propaganda with nearly 20 departments, branches, units and localities in the province. Implementing regulations and programs, Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station have built 36 columns and topics on television and 10 columns on print newspapers.
Journalist Nguyen Dong Bac, Editor-in-Chief of Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station, affirmed: Over the past years, Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station have paid attention to and proactively coordinated with agencies, units, districts and cities in carrying out propaganda tasks in various forms of press. Implementing programs and coordination regulations, we have directed specialized departments and reporters to develop propaganda plans and columns, and properly implement the principles, purposes and contents of coordination. Ensuring honest, accurate, complete, timely and effective propaganda of events, situations and tasks of units, sectors and localities. Thereby contributing to the successful implementation of political goals and tasks in the locality.
Accordingly, the content of coordinated propaganda is diverse in all areas of social life, closely following the implementation of tasks and professional issues of the industry, sector and locality, focusing on propaganda and commendation of outstanding collectives and individuals with good practices and initiatives in performing tasks in the fields of units, sectors and localities to replicate advanced models. For example, from the beginning of 2025 to present, Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station have produced more than 80 columns on television; 160 columns on grassroots television.
For print newspapers, implementing the program and coordination regulations, Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station maintain regular columns, with over 100 columns published such as "Administrative procedure reform"; "For Lang security"; "New countryside"... In addition to the columns, the print newspaper issues also publish many news, articles, and photos reflecting the fields and activities of departments, branches, units, and localities in the province.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Quyen, Deputy Head of the Political Department, Provincial Police, said: In recent times, the Provincial Police and Lang Son Newspaper and Television have regularly coordinated to disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on ensuring security, social order and safety, and building the police force. Thereby contributing to timely information and dissemination of the force's activities.
Along with that, Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station develop monthly, quarterly and annual propaganda plans; assign reporters and groups of reporters to be in charge of each industry, field, area and column. Reporters assigned to each column also proactively coordinate, grasp information to propagate in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the quantity and quality of news, articles and reports according to the plan.
Ms. Hoang Thi Lan, reporter of the Television Department, shared: Currently, I am assigned to be in charge of 3 columns, including: "Women of Lang Son today", "Elected representatives with voters" and "Culture and sports of Lang Son" on television. Compared to regular reports, thematic reports focus on reflecting, analyzing, and exploiting many aspects of an issue, requiring reporters to have skills, from document research, interviewing skills, evaluating, identifying issues, building scripts to filming and editing.
In the context of information explosion and new challenges of the digital age, the coordination of propaganda between the press and units has become increasingly important. From the close coordination, timely and multi-dimensional information provision from agencies, units, departments and branches, Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station have "correctly", "accurately", "effectively" propagated contents and fields, contributing significantly to orienting public opinion, condemning bad things, spreading positive information, building a good image, aiming at the common goal for the sustainable development of the province.
