Ngo Thanh Van was born in Tra Vinh and settled in Norway since childhood. In 1999, she returned to Vietnam and began her artistic career. In the 2000s, she made her mark with the films Heroic Bloodline and Dragon Trap . Since 2015, Ngo Thanh Van has ventured into film production and has been involved with it to this day, with the works Once Upon a Time, Tam Cam - The Untold Story, Co Ba Sai Gon, and Hai Phuong.
