Therefore, the emulation movements of trade union organizations always closely adhere to political tasks, linking with the unit's "Determined to Win" Emulation Movement to encourage cadres, trade union members, and workers to promote creativity and master science and technology.

Accordingly, many emulation movements bearing the mark of the trade union have been implemented, such as: "Excellent worker, creative worker"; "5 best, 3 no's"; "Green-clean-beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"; "Occupational safety, traffic safety, no disciplinary violations". From these emulation movements, many solutions, initiatives, and ideas owned by trade union members and workers have emerged, with high applicability. In 2022 alone, the Corporation had 74 out of 120 initiatives and ideas owned by trade union members recognized and applied to production and business practices, with an estimated benefit value of 850 million VND...

In particular, in response to the "One Million Initiatives to Overcome Difficulties, Innovate, and Determined to Defeat the Covid-19 Pandemic" emulation movement launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , the General Corporation's grassroots trade union submitted 18 initiatives and ideas, which were highly appreciated for their practical application in production.

The grassroots trade union also regularly pays attention to and improves the working conditions and material and spiritual lives of workers. Accordingly, many activities with profound humanitarian significance are organized, such as: Visiting union members and workers in difficult circumstances, sick or suffering from long-term illnesses; giving gifts to the children of officials, union members, and workers on occasions such as International Children's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival...

Social policy activities were intensified, notably including coordinating visits and gift-giving to families of policy beneficiaries, meritorious individuals, and people in remote and disadvantaged areas; supporting and donating computers to disadvantaged students for online learning under the "Wire and Computers for Children" program with a budget of nearly 1.15 billion VND; donating facilities to 5 disadvantaged schools in Sang Ma Sao commune (Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province) with a budget of nearly 1.46 billion VND; building and handing over a "100 VND House" to a poor household in Dong Xuan commune (Quoc Oai, Hanoi) with a budget of over 100 million VND...

Through emulation movements and concrete, practical actions, the Trade Union of Viettel Equipment Manufacturing Corporation was honored to receive the "Green-Clean-Beautiful, Ensuring Occupational Safety and Health" thematic emulation flag from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; the title of "Advanced Labor Collective" in 2021 and 2022; and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Phi Truong, Director of the Mechanical Engineering Enterprise, Viettel Equipment Manufacturing Corporation, received a commendation from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
