Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Nhat Quang, Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Division, affirmed: "Family plays a particularly important role for every officer and soldier; it is a great source of moral support that helps officers and soldiers overcome difficulties and successfully complete their tasks."
The Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Division emphasized that Party committees and commanders at all levels need to continue to pay attention to the material and spiritual lives of soldiers, implement policies and regulations well, and promptly encourage and support military families so that officers and soldiers can work with peace of mind and remain committed to their units.
Through the real-life stories of Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thi Lan, medical officer of the Medical Battalion; Lieutenant Colonel Duong Thi Quynh Van, finance officer of Battalion 25; Major Nguyen Minh Khuong, Deputy Battalion Commander of Battalion 25 and his wife, Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Thi Mai Linh, document officer of the Staff Office; Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Thi Thu, Vice President of the Women's Association..., the image of the women of Division 2, women of the Army, who are strong-willed, responsible, and always striving to overcome difficulties, has been highlighted. They serve as both the home front and the front lines; successfully fulfilling their professional duties while building prosperous, progressive, and happy families.




The delegates attending the program were filled with warmth and emotion when mentioning the families of soldiers.

The highlight of the program was the heartfelt yet touching sharing from male soldiers about their understanding and appreciation for the hardships and silent sacrifices of their wives when their husbands are frequently away from home on long assignments, with little opportunity to be with their families.
Major Nguyen Minh Khuong, Deputy Battalion Commander of Battalion 25, said that the unique nature of military duties means many officers and soldiers have to be away from their families, and there are times when their wives have to manage the household alone. "Every time I go on duty, I understand even more deeply the hardships my wife faces back home. It is her sharing, understanding, and sacrifice that motivates me to work with peace of mind and complete my duties well," Major Nguyen Minh Khuong expressed.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Nhat Quang, to maintain family happiness, a husband in the military needs to know how to listen, proactively share household chores when possible, regularly care for and encourage his wife and children, and always appreciate the efforts of his life partner.

The husbands' stories about their wives' silent sacrifices left a strong impression on the show.
These heartfelt stories helped many delegates better understand the difficulties faced by women in the military and the families of officers and soldiers, thereby fostering greater love and solidarity, and enabling them to overcome challenges together.
All participants affirmed that, despite the unique challenges and pressures of working in a fully-staffed main force division, the love, understanding, and support of family members; the attention of Party committees and commanders at all levels; and the sense of responsibility and resilience of women have become the driving force for each female officer and member to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
