On June 29th, singer Phuong My Chi attended the Ho Chi Minh City Advanced Youth Congress following Uncle Ho's teachings in 2026 as an ex-officio delegate, based on her title as Outstanding Young Citizen of Ho Chi Minh City in 2024.
At the Congress, Phuong My Chi was awarded the title of "Advanced Youth of Ho Chi Minh City Following Uncle Ho's Teachings in 2026" by the City People's Committee. This is a recognition of the singer's persistent efforts in pursuing art seriously, constantly innovating and creating, while remaining steadfast in her mission to preserve and spread Vietnamese cultural values to the younger generation.
The female singer had the opportunity to perform the song "Made In Vietnam" - a song composed and produced by DTAP. Within the framework of the congress's art program, the performance served as a connection to the shared spirit of Vietnamese culture and identity, creating harmony with the atmosphere of honoring outstanding young talents.

The Ho Chi Minh City Advanced Youth Congress, following Uncle Ho's teachings, is a meaningful activity aimed at honoring outstanding individuals in learning, work, research, creativity, social work, national defense and security, and many other areas of life. Being selected to attend the congress and being nominated for commendation is proof of Phuong My Chi's positive contributions to the arts and her role as a responsible young citizen, full of dedication and striving to create positive values for the community and society.
Throughout her artistic career, Phuong My Chi has chosen a direction closely linked to Vietnamese traditional culture and music . Known to the public for her folk music, the female singer has expanded her musical style, combining folk elements with modern production trends.
Recently, Phuong My Chi has been continuously introducing projects that explore Vietnamese cultural elements. Her album "Crane Universe " and many subsequent releases utilize folk imagery, language, and materials in both her music and stage productions. With the support of VMAS company and its creative team, the singer's works continue to pursue a direction that combines traditional and contemporary music.
Phuong My Chi also had the honor of performing at many large-scale art programs and events, including the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (A50) and the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day (A80).
In 2025, Phuong My Chi was honored by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union as an outstanding young Vietnamese figure in the field of Culture and Arts. Prior to that, the singer was awarded the "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" badge. Throughout her artistic career, she has received numerous awards such as the Mai Vang Award, the Lan Song Xanh Award, and the WeChoice Awards 2025. On the international stage, Phuong My Chi achieved a Top 3 position at Sing! Asia.
