The photo exhibition "National Intangible Cultural Heritage in Binh Dinh - A Convergence of Colors," features 135 photographs arranged on 30 panels, showcasing the formation and development of six national intangible cultural heritage sites in Binh Dinh province: Binh Dinh Traditional Martial Arts - The Spirit of the Martial Land; Folk Bài Chòi Art - A World Heritage; Binh Dinh Hát Bội Art - A Unique Traditional Stage; Ba Pagoda Festival - Nuoc Man Port City - A Space for Community Connection; Phu Gia Horse Hat Making Craft - A Century-Old Legacy; and Xuong Ly Fishing Festival - Folk Colors.

Mr. Bui Tinh, Director of the Provincial Museum, said: “Not only famous for its glorious history, Binh Dinh is also a land with many unique intangible cultural heritages, contributing to enriching the treasure trove of Vietnamese cultural heritage. This photo exhibition aims to honor the value of the province's six national intangible cultural heritages, raise community awareness about the role of intangible heritage in modern life, and connect the younger generation with national cultural heritage. Through this, we promote the image of Binh Dinh's land and people, and boost tourism development.”

In addition to photo exhibitions, the Provincial Museum also organizes a multimedia space for the public to visit and learn about the process of preserving and developing national heritage; and to take photos with traditional opera masks, folk game cards, Tay Son conical hats, Phu Gia horse-riding hats, etc.

It truly lives up to its reputation as the ‘land of martial arts, the land of literature’ with many unique historical and cultural values.”

Having visited the Provincial Museum many times, Phan Thanh Gia Bao, a 6th grade student from Le Loi Secondary School (Quy Nhon City), said: “Visiting the museum helps me learn a lot of useful knowledge. This time, seeing the exhibition images, I understand more about the intangible cultural heritage of my hometown Binh Dinh, and I feel more proud of the precious legacy left by our ancestors.”

As part of its activities, the Quang Trung Museum sent a martial arts troupe to perform at the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition on the morning of May 12th at the Provincial Museum; and collaborated in providing images and documents related to the exhibition's theme. The Quang Trung Museum also worked with the Provincial Museum to develop an outline for the photo exhibition themed "Binh Dinh Cultural Heritage - A Convergence of Excellence," which will take place at the Quang Trung Museum grounds from May 17th to 20th.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tan, Deputy Director in charge of the Quang Trung Museum, said: "In addition to introducing the six national intangible cultural heritage sites of Binh Dinh province, we also display images promoting the system of Cham tower relics in Binh Dinh, the Tay Son peasant movement; national heroes and cultural figures of Binh Dinh; and national treasures of Binh Dinh, aiming to promote the rich history and unique culture of our homeland to the public. Within the framework of the photo exhibition, there are also activities such as visiting the Quang Trung Museum, the Tay Son Three Heroes Temple, and watching martial arts performances… creating interest for the public to visit."
