Photo exhibition "National intangible cultural heritage in Binh Dinh - Convergence of colors", including 135 photos arranged on 30 panels, introduces the formation and development process of 6 national intangible cultural heritages of Binh Dinh province, including: Binh Dinh traditional martial arts - The spirit of the land of martial arts; Folk art of Bai Choi - Heritage of humanity; Binh Dinh opera art - Unique traditional stage; Ba Pagoda Festival - Nuoc Man Port - Community bonding space; Phu Gia horse hat weaving craft - A hundred-year mark; Xuong Ly lagoon fishing festival - Folk colors.
Mr. Bui Tinh, Director of the Provincial Museum, said: “Binh Dinh is not only famous for its heroic history but also a land with many unique intangible cultural heritages, contributing to enriching the treasure trove of Vietnamese cultural heritage. This photo exhibition aims to honor the value of the province's 6 national intangible cultural heritages, raise public awareness of the role of intangible heritage in modern life, and connect the young generation with the national cultural heritage. Thereby, promoting the image of Binh Dinh land and people, promoting tourism development”.
Along with the photo exhibition, the Provincial Museum also organizes a multimedia space for visitors to learn about the process of preserving and developing national heritages; check-in with hat boi masks, bai choi card sets, Tay Son conical hats, Phu Gia horse hats, etc.

The first time visiting the Provincial Museum, on the occasion of the exhibition, Mr. Nguyen Bui Mau, a tourist from Da Lat City (Lam Dong Province), shared: “I know Binh Dinh has many famous cultural heritages, such as Cham Towers, traditional martial arts, folk singing, folk bai choi…, but when visiting the Provincial Museum and viewing the photo exhibition, I learned more about the land and people of Binh Dinh, truly worthy of the title “Land of Martial Arts, Heaven of Literature” with many unique historical and cultural values”.
Having visited the provincial museum many times, Phan Thanh Gia Bao, a 6A1 student at Le Loi Secondary School (Quy Nhon City), said: “Going to the museum helps me learn a lot of useful knowledge. This time coming here to see the exhibition images, I understand more about the intangible cultural heritage of my hometown Binh Dinh, and feel more proud of the precious heritage left by our ancestors.”
Within the framework of the activities, Quang Trung Museum sent a martial arts band to the Provincial Museum to perform at the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition on the morning of May 12; coordinated to provide images and documents related to the exhibition theme. Quang Trung Museum also coordinated with the Provincial Museum to develop an outline to prepare for the photo exhibition with the theme "Binh Dinh Cultural Heritage - Convergence of Essence" which will take place at the Quang Trung Museum from May 17 to 20.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tan, Deputy Director in charge of Quang Trung Museum, said: In addition to introducing the 6 national intangible cultural heritages of Binh Dinh province, we also display images promoting the system of Cham Tower relics in Binh Dinh, the Tay Son peasant movement; national heroes, cultural celebrities of Binh Dinh; national treasures of Binh Dinh, to promote the rich history and culture of the homeland to the public. Within the framework of the photo exhibition, there are also activities to visit Quang Trung Museum, Tay Son Tam Kiet Temple, watch martial arts music performances... to create excitement for the public to visit.
