The content of the propaganda is closely aligned with reality.
According to a report by the Quang Ninh Department of Education and Training, in the first six months of 2026, 100% of educational institutions in the province implemented legal education and dissemination activities for administrators, teachers, staff, and students.
The selected propaganda content closely relates to the realities of school life, such as: preventing school violence, traffic safety, drug prevention, cybersecurity, fire prevention and control, child protection, environmental protection, etc.
No longer confined to dry, theoretical lessons, current legal education and dissemination efforts in schools are being innovated through various engaging methods such as extracurricular activities, forums, thematic discussions, dramatizations, legal knowledge contests, integration into subjects, and experiential learning.
Many schools also utilize social media, online portals, billboards, and posters to disseminate legal messages to students in a relatable and engaging way.
One of the highlights is the 3rd "Initiatives to Ensure School Order and Prevent School Violence" competition in 2026, launched by the Department of Education and Training.
The competition attracted enthusiastic participation from educational institutions across the province, with 249 entries submitted at the provincial level across all three educational levels.
Many initiatives were deemed highly practical, contributing to building a safe and friendly school environment and minimizing law-breaking behaviors among students.
In addition, coordination between the Education sector and relevant authorities has been strengthened. The Department of Education and Training has closely collaborated with the Provincial Police to implement various models and activities to disseminate legal information on traffic safety, safe use of social media, drug prevention, and crime prevention in schools.
Notably, safe driving skills training programs for high school and vocational education students have been widely implemented.
In the first six months of the year, more than 15,300 students from 33 high schools and vocational training institutions received training in safe driving skills; more than 7,500 students aged 18 and over took driving tests as prescribed.

This is not only an activity to equip students with traffic safety skills but also contributes to raising their awareness of law compliance from an early age.
Many good and effective models
In parallel, the "Safe Social Media Use" model continues to be maintained at 76 educational institutions in the province.
Through training courses, more than 5,700 administrators, teachers, and employees were equipped with knowledge about cybersecurity, skills in identifying illegal activities in the digital space, and how to use social media safely and in accordance with regulations.
With students having access to the internet at an increasingly younger age, raising awareness of responsible digital citizenship is becoming an urgent requirement.
Beyond just school-based awareness campaigns, Quang Ninh students also focus on legal education related to maritime sovereignty and patriotic traditions.
The "I Love My Homeland's Seas and Islands" competition, organized both in-person and online, helped students gain a better understanding of Vietnam's Law of the Sea, the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard, and the responsibilities of the younger generation in protecting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.
Despite the achievements, legal education and dissemination in schools still face some difficulties. Some educational institutions have not truly innovated the content and methods of their legal education and dissemination.
The application of digital technology in disseminating legal information is still limited. Some parents also haven't paid enough attention to educating their children about law compliance.
In the coming period, the Quang Ninh Education sector will continue to strongly innovate its legal awareness campaigns by increasing interaction and experiential learning, promoting the application of digital technology, and replicating effective models such as "Mock Trials," "Law Clubs," student forums, and dissemination through digital platforms.
This is considered an important solution to build a safe and civilized educational environment, contributing to the training of a generation of young citizens with knowledge, responsibility, and a sense of respect for the law in the digital age.
