Announcement : Nghi Thuy People's Credit Fund hereby announces the following changes in accordance with Decision No. 213/QD-KV8 dated May 4, 2026, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 8 Branch:

1. Name of People's Credit Fund: Nghi Thuy People's Credit Fund

2. Registered capital : 11,325,825,000 (In words: Eleven billion three hundred twenty-five million eight hundred twenty -five thousand Vietnamese Dong).

3. Activity Content:

a. Raising capital in Vietnamese Dong

Accepting demand deposits, time deposits, and savings deposits from members, organizations, and other individuals in Vietnamese Dong;
Borrowing from the Cooperative Bank; borrowing from credit institutions, branches of foreign banks.
b. Lending activities in Vietnamese Dong
Loans are provided to customers who are members.
Loans are provided to members of poor households who are registered as permanent residents within the operating area of the People's Credit Fund, in cases where the poor household is not a member of the People's Credit Fund.
Lending to legal entity members, legal entity customers, and individuals who are not members but have deposits at the People's Credit Fund is based on collateral in the form of deposit balances at the People's Credit Fund itself, as stipulated by the State Bank of Vietnam.
Syndicated loans are provided in conjunction with the Cooperative Bank to members of the People's Credit Fund in accordance with the law.
c. Other activities
Providing money transfer services to members and customers of the People's Credit Fund (excluding opening payment accounts for customers).
The agent provides payment services on behalf of the Cooperative Bank to members and customers of the People's Credit Fund.
Participate in capital contribution at the Cooperative Bank.
Open a payment account at the State Bank of Vietnam, commercial banks, cooperative banks, or branches of foreign banks.

- Deposit money at the Cooperative Bank to regulate capital.
