Previously, after understanding the thoughts and aspirations of the people, the Principal of A Xing Primary and Secondary School, Nguyen Mai Trong, and the staff and teachers learned that many people in the area loved reading but had difficulty accessing books. Faced with this reality, the school's staff and teachers came up with the idea and implemented the "Knowledge Cart" model. After the school leadership shared this idea, the Plan Project agreed to support the development of the model.

The "Knowledge Vehicle" is designed as a trailer that can be attached to a motorcycle, making it convenient to travel to different locations. The vehicle has a dedicated area for displaying and storing books. The roof is designed to open and close flexibly, ensuring readers are protected from sun and rain while searching for and selecting books. On the vehicle's body, school staff and teachers have included the national child protection hotline number 111.

According to the plan, every month, staff and teachers of A Xing Primary and Secondary School will bring the "Knowledge Vehicle" to the villages. All people in need will be introduced to, advised on, and lent books. In addition, school staff and teachers will also flexibly organize activities to disseminate the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws; inform people about issues of concern; and introduce new production, business, and technology models.

According to Nguyen Mai Trong, Principal of A Xing Primary and Secondary School, the "Knowledge Vehicle" model is one of the school's projects and activities in response to Vietnam's Book and Reading Culture Day on April 21st. Although newly launched, information about the model has spread widely and has received great interest and support from the public.

"Through this model, we hope to instill a love of books in the hearts of every citizen, especially parents of students. When parents show a love for books, their children will have an easier time going to school and accessing books," Mr. Trong said.
