This flow originated in the Moc Chau region in 1958, when the milk-making profession began to take root on the plateau, flowing through nearly seven decades of accumulating experience, nurturing the craft's instincts, and preserving the dedication of many generations.

A representative from Moc Chau Dairy Cattle Breeding Joint Stock Company stated that the quality of Moc Chau Creamery is formed from the unique natural conditions of this region and has been consistently maintained over many generations.
