Participating in this festival, Ms. Dang Thi Duc, owner of Minh Duc cassava cake production facility (Hoai Nhon Bac commune, Gia Lai province), brought two OCOP products: baked cassava cake and pink rice cake. “It’s not just about introducing our products; we’re here as one family. Through this festival, I have the opportunity to promote the traditional Tam Quan cuisine of the coconut region to the people of Western Gia Lai. In doing so, I can experience more of the cuisine from other regions in Gia Lai province and learn more about how to make and introduce our products to consumers,” Ms. Duc expressed.
