According to Saudi Arabian media, the chances of CR7 playing in the crucial match against Al Ittihad this weekend are very low. Ronaldo has not yet responded to the rumors of his refusal to play.
On February 2nd, Ronaldo was absent from Al Nassr's 1-0 victory over Al Riyadh. The Portuguese superstar's absence was not due to injury or fitness issues.
According to ESPN , Ronaldo is perfectly healthy, has no conflict with coach Jorge Jesus, and has not been excluded from the club's plans. The reason is believed to stem from dissatisfaction with the club's transfer activities.
Immediately after Ronaldo refused to play, the world media began speculating about the possibility of CR7 leaving Al Nassr at the end of this season. According to the newspaper Record , Ronaldo's contract with Al Nassr includes a release clause worth 50 million euros.

On Al Nassr's side, the club's management has been quite secretive. CEO Jose Semedo declined to comment on Ronaldo's situation when contacted by the Saudi Arabian media.
However, CBS Sports revealed that senior Al Nassr officials understood Ronaldo's frustration, particularly regarding the role and investment direction of the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF), which owns Al Nassr, Al Hilal, and two other teams in the Saudi Pro League.
Currently, Al Nassr is facing pressure from many sides due to Ronaldo's absence. The yellow-shirted team is now only one point behind league leaders Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League standings, making every point crucial in the title race.
The crucial match against Al Ittihad will be a test not only of their technical skills, but also of how Al Nassr handles the crisis surrounding Ronaldo.
