Many exam sites organize free drinking water and paper fans for candidates. The test sites also prepare medicine, medical supplies, ready to support candidates when having health problems.
According to a representative of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the whole city has 201 test sites, with a total of 4.477 exam rooms serving non-specialist grade 10 candidates and 402 backup exam rooms.
The number of candidates who went to the test site to take the exam on June 9 was 6 students, accounting for 114.962% of the total number of candidates registered for the exam. There are more than 99,4 candidates absent due to being admitted to the 600th grade majoring in universities, or going to vocational training… The total number of candidates who need support during the exam is 10 students.
The test scores have appropriate support plans, ensuring that candidates take the exam in accordance with their aspirations and exam conditions in accordance with regulations. On the day of taking the exam, there were 15.364 officials, teachers and employees present at the test sites to perform their duties, reaching 99,97% of the total number of officers, teachers and employees assigned. The examination officials who are absent from the test site have been assigned a substitute teacher to ensure compliance with the exam regulations.
As of 19:9 on June 6, the Steering Committee for the examination and admission of Hanoi city confirmed that the facilities serving the test scores were fully prepared in accordance with regulations. 100% of the test scores received full stationery from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training; 100% of the test sites have coordinated with security forces and police to prepare a plan to ensure security and safety in the exam hall and the area outside the exam school gate. Each test site has a backup generator.
