On the afternoon of June 22nd, the People's Council of Luu Ve commune, term II, 2026-2031, held its 3rd session (special session) to consider and decide on many important issues related to the reorganization of village units and the socio-economic development plan of the locality.

Representatives of the People's Council of Luu Ve commune voted to approve the resolution of the session.

The main focus of the meeting was to consider and approve the Resolution on the Plan for Reorganizing Villages in Luu Ve Commune. According to the approved plan, the commune will reorganize 35 out of 36 existing villages to establish 15 new villages; Duc Tu village will remain unchanged as it fully meets the prescribed standards.

After the reorganization was completed, Luu Ve commune now has 16 villages, a reduction of 20 villages compared to before. The reorganization aimed to streamline grassroots organizations, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system, and create conditions for concentrating resources to invest in socio-economic development and improve the lives of the people.
