Will use unified software DONGNAI.LIS when merging Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces

The working session focused on the contents related to the adjustment of land records and land databases when arranging administrative units at all levels in the area; synchronizing land data to the national land database... preparing for the merger of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces.

Accordingly, the relevant departments and branches agreed on the content that the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai presided over and coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Binh Phuoc to agree on a plan to implement the connection and synchronization of local land data to the national land database.

Speaking at the meeting, Director of Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology Ta Quang Truong proposed to use the unified software DONGNAI.LIS developed by Dong Nai Department of Agriculture and Environment, and adjust and expand it to suit the new Dong Nai province model.

Regarding the task of updating and adjusting land records and land databases when rearranging commune-level administrative units of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces, relevant units need to proactively implement them locally on the basis of the currently deployed information system, ensuring stable operation from July 1, 2025.
