In the 74th minute, shortly after being brought on by manager Michael Carrick to replace Matheus Cunha, Sesko received a cross from Amad Diallo but his header hit the post of the Fulham goal. Immediately after the rebound, the "Red Devils" striker attempted a second header but sent the ball over the crossbar, much to his disappointment.
This missed opportunity left many Manchester United fans in disbelief. On social media, one account commented: "It's hard to believe Sesko couldn't score in that situation." Another fan remarked: "Scoring in that situation would have been easier than missing."

Sesko had two close-range headers but failed to score on both occasions. |
However, in the 90+4th minute, the new Manchester United signing redeemed himself emotionally. Bruno Fernandes delivered a perfect cross, allowing Sesko to control the ball with one touch before unleashing a powerful shot, securing a 3-2 victory for the "Red Devils".
This was Sesko's fourth goal in his last four games for Manchester United, a performance that shows the Slovenian striker is gradually regaining his goal-scoring form. Previously, he scored one goal in the 1-2 defeat against Brighton in the FA Cup and a brace against Burnley in the Premier League.
Under manager Michael Carrick, Sesko has shown effectiveness in attack, in contrast to his inconsistent form when working with Ruben Amorim. However, the 22-year-old striker has yet to fully live up to fans' expectations, especially considering Manchester United spent £75 million to sign him.
Besides Sesko's performance, MU fans experienced over 90 minutes of emotion at Old Trafford, where the team secured their third consecutive victory under manager Carrick. Notably, all three opponents who fell to the "Red Devils" were top teams in the league table: Man City, Arsenal, and Fulham.
