Following the tour, the students enthusiastically participated in activities such as: a "Golden Bell" quiz to learn about traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music; a "Guess the Musical Instruments of the Three Ethnic Groups from the Melody" quiz; and a drawing competition about typical cultural and tourist attractions of Ca Mau .

On this occasion, the school launched the "Cross-Vietnam Travel Club" with over 170 members. The club plans to organize experiential activities at historical sites and tourist destinations in the province, contributing to skill development and spreading love for the homeland.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Han, a geography teacher at Hiep Thanh High School, said: “Through extracurricular activities educating about local culture at the Memorial Area, a joyful and exciting atmosphere has been created, helping students better understand the value of traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music – an intangible cultural heritage representing humanity. At the same time, it educates about traditions and evokes national pride, love, and awareness of preserving local culture; gradually developing active communicators to promote the image and attractiveness of Vietnamese culture and tourism in general, and Ca Mau in particular, to visitors from afar.”
