Realizing that utility, Phu Tan District Health Center has established IT teams to support commune level (8 communes, 1 town) to install this application.
The fact that patients make an appointment in advance on the system makes it easy for the medical team to follow up and not be under pressure from the patient population.
“On the commune level, we guide the focal point officers of the communes to be commune health workers, hamlet health workers, union members, youth, community argument transfer force of units… Then, establish IT teams, directly assign and assign tasks to each member in charge of the area and area, conduct implementation and guide people to install and use the software. At the same time, the district also updates and standardizes people's information (citizen identity / electronic identification) and synchronizes population data of VNPT-HMIS software (health management information system). so that every citizen has a personal electronic health record.
Accordingly, in just a short time of drastic implementation, up to now, the whole district has installed the vnCare application for 47.354 people, accounting for 47,72% of the population in the area, contributing to the criterion of the rate. population with electronic medical records ≥ 50% in the construction of new homes. In which, 100% of doctors at regional medical stations/general clinics and Phu Tan Medical Center have installed and used the functions of vnCare software fluently.
“The initial results of supporting and guiding people to install and access new software are a great effort of the district. Thanks to the urgent direction to the facility, the number of bookings on the vnCare app increased sharply," said Dr. Liem excitedly.
