Department of Justice: Announcement of decisions regarding organizational and personnel matters.

This afternoon, July 2nd, at Dong Hoi ward, the Quang Tri Provincial Department of Justice held a conference to announce decisions regarding organizational and personnel matters. Attending the conference were leaders, officials, and employees of the Department of Justice.

At the conference, the Department of Justice announced the Provincial People's Council's resolution on the establishment of the Quang Tri Provincial Department of Justice; the decision on the structure and organization of the Quang Tri Provincial Department of Justice; the decision on the establishment and reorganization of six public service units under the Quang Tri Provincial Department of Justice; and the Provincial People's Committee's decision on the appointment of officials for positions under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Accordingly, Comrade Tran Chi Tien, Provincial Party Committee member, will hold the position of Director of the Quang Tri Provincial Department of Justice, effective July 1, 2025.

Simultaneously, the decision to appoint officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Justice was announced, including the Chief of Office, Deputy Chief of Office, Heads and Deputy Heads of professional departments under the Department of Justice; Director and Deputy Director of State Legal Aid Centers No. 1 and No. 2; Director and Deputy Director of the Asset Auction Service Center; and Heads and Deputy Heads of Notary Offices No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3.

Presenting appointment decisions, offering congratulatory flowers, and delivering a speech assigning tasks at the conference, Director of the Department of Justice Tran Chi Tien requested that the newly appointed officials continue to develop their abilities, strengths, and work experience; proactively research, learn, innovate, and improve their professional knowledge and skills; and uphold the tradition of unity, working together with the leadership and staff of the Department of Justice to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

In particular, in the context of implementing a two-tiered local government system, and with the newly issued regulations on decentralization, delegation of power, and delineation of authority, the Justice sector must be the focal point for reviewing and systematizing documents, advising the Provincial People's Committee on directing relevant sectors and communes; and organizing professional training for communes in the coming period.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee's advisory body effectively carries out the dissemination and education of law to all levels of the population, officials, and Party members; promotes digital transformation and the application of information technology in judicial work... contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of all areas of judicial work in the province.
