On the afternoon of March 19, controversial images spread on social networks at Paris Club Linh Dam karaoke bar, facility 3, HUD2 Twin Towers apartment building, Tay Nam Linh Dam urban area (Hoang Mai, Hanoi).
Accordingly, in the video, a group of people dressed in what is believed to be a youth volunteer outfit enter a karaoke bar, pass by and take turns shaking hands with the bar's female employees. Next, the image moves inside the theater room and this group of people dance offensively to the music.
At the end of the video, this group of people greets a group of women. Most of the audience believes that karaoke bars are engaging in offensive likes and views. The online community wants management agencies and functional forces to quickly verify information and punish violators. This is not the first time content on social networks has caused public outrage.
Inspectors of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports said they are checking, verifying and clarifying information about the incident and will handle it strictly according to their authority.
In addition, the Department Inspectorate also coordinated with PA03 (Internal Political Security Department, Hanoi City Police) and Hoang Mai District Police to verify and clarify the incident.
Currently, the TikTok account that posted the video has been locked. A representative of the Paris Club karaoke bar confirmed that the video clip was posted in February and had no intention of disparaging the military forces. This person said that these videos were filmed by the booking collaborator (the person who invites customers) to attract customers and are not the restaurant's official account.
Previously, on the social network TikTok, many account owners were fined for videos containing controversial content, intentionally soliciting views and likes. Most recently, TikToker Hua Quoc Anh, No O No... were fined for posting false information and sharing information inconsistent with the nation's customs and traditions.
