Colonel Truong Hoai Nam, Political Commissar of Brigade 368, said: “In parallel with the task of maintaining strict combat readiness duty regimes; practicing various plans thoroughly, ensuring a high technical efficiency of weapons and equipment, and being ready to effectively handle all situations, during the Tet holiday, the unit organized many cultural, artistic, physical education, and sports activities, especially folk games, creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, increasing solidarity and closeness between officers and soldiers in the unit.”
Participating directly in the games, Sergeant Nguyen Duy Dat, Squad Leader of Squad 2, Platoon 1, Company 4, Battalion 2, shared: “This is my first Tet (Lunar New Year) in the Army. In the days leading up to Tet, I really missed the atmosphere of Tet with my family! But when I decorated the barracks with my comrades, wrapped cakes, and practiced performing arts, my homesickness lessened. On the first day of spring, participating in folk games with my comrades, it was truly a meaningful Tet for me.”
