(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Streamer PewPew has just established another company with a registered capital of 2 billion VND, primarily operating in the advertising and media sector.

According to the National Business Registration Portal, Mr. Hoang Van Khoa (commonly known as PewPew), a famous streamer, has just established PewPew Services One-Member Limited Company. Mr. Hoang Van Khoa (born in 1991) holds the position of General Director and Legal Representative of the company.

The company has a registered capital of 2 billion VND and its headquarters are located in Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi City. Its main business is advertising, but it also engages in other activities such as film, video, and television program production; music recording and publishing; advertising; market research; photography; brokerage of goods; and performing arts.

Previously, in 2023, streamer PewPew established POPO Services Co., Ltd., primarily operating in the advertising sector. The company's charter capital is 500 million VND. Mr. Khoa is the owner, director, and legal representative of the business.

By November 2024, the company increased its capital to 2 billion VND, with Mr. Khoa contributing 1 billion VND (50% of the capital) and Ms. Bui Thi Lien Ngoc contributing the remaining 1 billion VND. Currently, Mr. Khoa holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ms. Ngoc holds the position of General Director.

PewPew was a student in Australia, majoring in Accounting. Upon returning to Vietnam, PewPew became known as a game streamer, impressing viewers with his straightforward and humorous style of speaking. Unlike other famous streamers, PewPew maintains a relatively private personal life.
