From the moment they received the pilot assignment, the Party Committee and command of the 324th Division focused on providing close leadership and guidance, ensuring thorough preparation in all aspects. The Division selected Company 6, Battalion 2, Regiment 1 to conduct the inspection, so that the Military Region could learn from the experience and standardize the content.

The unit deployed to reinforce training grounds and practice areas; the system of markers, trenches, and fortifications; and fully prepared weapons, equipment, ammunition, and materials for inspection. At the same time, they organized training and standardized operational methods for officers at all levels; and practiced thoroughly the content to ensure adherence to procedures, realism in combat, and absolute safety.

Thanks to thorough preparation, the Division's "3 Explosives" inspection clearly demonstrated meticulous and scientific preparation, as well as close coordination between agencies and units. From planning and training management to logistics, technical support, medical services, and field safety, everything was organized in a systematic, standardized, and compliant manner, creating a serious and professional atmosphere while also motivating the troops to confidently complete the inspection.

During the monitoring, inspection, and experience-sharing process, agencies and units throughout the Military Region focused on exchanging and unifying many important contents in organizing the "three explosions" inspection for new recruits. Notably, this included unifying the methods of operation, command commands, and procedures for maintaining inspections in shooting, grenade throwing, and explosive handling; safety procedures; organization and decoration of the inspection area; methods for awarding "excellent shooter" flowers, constructing "excellent shooter" pedestals, and promoting activities on the training ground, creating uniformity throughout the Military Region.
