According to an announcement from a major Vietnamese bank, they will be collaborating to bring five members of T1, the League of Legends world champions, to Vietnam in December. Specifically, the program is part of an eSports event taking place at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) in Hanoi on December 20-21. The announcement quickly attracted thousands of comments and shares.

Previously, the organizers had revealed information about Faker and his teammates' presence to domestic fans. The post quickly attracted tens of thousands of interactions. This time, not only the greatest esports player in history, but also four of his teammates from T1 will participate. Faker previously visited Hanoi in 2019 to attend the MSI tournament. In an interview, the player promised to return when given the opportunity.

Faker is currently taking a break after a long season. He and his teammates recently won the League of Legends World Championship in Chengdu, China. Leading up to the start of the new season, the star is frequently scheduled to attend numerous promotional events and interact with fans. He represents a wide range of products across various fields.

With 6 world championships, including 3 consecutive titles, Faker has solidified his position as the most successful player in the game. Furthermore, he is an icon of global esports, boasting a remarkable track record and the ability to maintain consistent performance.

In South Korea, T1 players are considered "national treasures." This position is reserved only for globally influential figures such as footballer Son Heung-min, the K-pop group BTS, or director Bong Joon-ho. In Vietnam, a country with a strong interest in esports, Faker is also a top-ranked and beloved player.

On T1's side, after winning the world championship, the team lost their marksman Gumayusi. He subsequently joined their rival HLE. Peyz was chosen as his replacement, after an unsuccessful year in China. This marksman will join the new T1 lineup in Hanoi on December 20-21.
