Introduction: In the lives of farmers in the countryside, the image of the banana tree has become extremely familiar and meaningful. Along with bamboo, the banana tree is perhaps the closest friend to all people. Therefore, every year during the Lunar New Year, people in localities often choose a large, tall banana tree, with or without a bunch of bananas, peel off the outer bark, dig a hole about 40 to 50 cm deep, and bury the banana tree there. Local people and tourists participate in a game: whoever climbs to the top and retrieves a flag planted there will receive a lucky New Year's gift.
