Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang asked the Japanese side to provide ODA for a number of railway, digital transformation, green transformation and climate change response projects in Vietnam.
At a meeting on the afternoon of July 8, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directed solutions to handle a series of problems in expressway and ODA projects in the Mekong Delta, including agreeing to a policy of borrowing ODA from the six largest development partners with a capital of $7 billion for 6 projects.
