Prof. Dr. Tran Van Khe is the first Vietnamese doctor in musicology in France, was a professor at Sorbonne University (Paris, France), honorary member of the International Music Council (UNESCO). He studied and taught music abroad for 55 years, but he still couldn't help but dream of good things so that the national art could last and develop.
