Building a government that is close to the people.
Immediately after the new administration took office, one of the first important tasks that Tan Hoa ward implemented was to organize three meetings in three clusters of communes and wards according to the pre-merger area, with the full participation of officials from departments and offices, Party branch secretaries, village heads, neighborhood group leaders, heads of the Fatherland Front working committees, and heads of community organizations. At the meetings, ward leaders informed the people about the functions and tasks of the new model. Leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee departments and offices of the ward provided information on the functions, tasks, and contact points for work in each specific field. The meetings served as a responsible "greeting" from the new Tan Hoa ward administration to the people. This innovative approach has significantly contributed to the rapid and stable operation of the two-tiered local government model in the ward, ensuring no "transition gap"; all administrative procedures and aspects of social life proceed continuously and smoothly.

The Standing Committee of the Tan Hoa Ward Party Committee directly surveyed the local economic development models.
Comrade Bui Thi Nham, Secretary of the Tan Hoa Ward Party Committee, said: "Both officials and the people were initially unfamiliar with the two-tiered local government model. Besides some officials who previously worked in the merged communes and wards of Tan Hoa Ward, many others transferred from other areas or from the province. Therefore, we placed special emphasis on going to the grassroots to understand the actual situation in order to implement the work effectively and realistically. The Ward Party Committee established working groups to conduct on-site surveys to listen to the opinions of the people and businesses. During these surveys, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee and the members of the Ward Party Committee's Executive Board grasped the situation in the hamlets and residential areas, and received many feedback from the people."
The ward Party Committee also organized dialogues and listened to the opinions of the people to resolve obstacles in land clearance work. Through this, the obstacles in land clearance related to the Tan Hoa school cluster, the new urban area, and the Toan Son - Da Bac road section passing through Tan Hoa ward were completely resolved. Other issues and requests were also listened to by the local Party committee and government, and relevant departments were directed to address them.
Supporting disadvantaged households to escape poverty.
Currently, there are 31 poor households in Tan Hoa ward. The ward aims to eliminate poverty by 2030. This is one of the important goals in social welfare work, improving the material and spiritual lives of the people. To help these households escape poverty sustainably and effectively, the Tan Hoa Ward Party Committee has adopted an innovative approach: assigning members of the Ward Party Committee to specifically oversee each poor household.

Leaders of Tan Hoa ward presented gifts to support disadvantaged families in the area.
Discussing this model, the Party Secretary of the ward said: "Each poor household will have different difficulties. Some households need support for their children's education, some need support for employment, and some need support for medical expenses... Therefore, if support is provided indiscriminately and not tailored to the specific needs of each household, it will not be effective. When Party committee members directly oversee each household, they will closely investigate and understand the specific situation to develop appropriate assistance plans. After nearly a year of implementing the model, it shows that the difficulties of poor households have been initially resolved by the Party committee members. We are determined to strive to achieve the goal of eliminating poverty in the ward before 2030, ensuring that all families escape poverty sustainably."
In addition, Tan Hoa ward is developing a "Digitization of Poor Households" model to manage and monitor assistance to poor households. Closely updating and tracking in detail what support each poor household has received and what further support is needed will help ensure that assistance is accurate, targeted, and effective.
The model of Party committees accompanying disadvantaged households to escape poverty has promoted the role, voice, contributions, and responsibilities of comrades in Party committees and local governments. At the same time, it promotes the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization; realizing the goal of building a government that is truly "of the people, by the people, and for the people".
Besides innovative approaches and effective models, Tan Hoa ward has also focused on building a clean and strong grassroots Party organization, coupled with enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and its cadres and members. The ward's Party Committee has promptly reorganized the organizational structure, consolidated, assigned, and appointed leading and managerial cadres, civil servants, and public employees, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the apparatus. Political and ideological work, mass mobilization, inspection, supervision, and the activities of the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations have been carried out systematically, contributing to maintaining political stability and strengthening the people's trust in the Party. As a result, the ward's socio-economic development continues to be stable; the economic, cultural, and social indicators have basically met and exceeded the set plan.
