Accordingly, in order to continue effectively implementing tasks and solutions to strive to achieve the highest state budget revenue estimate for 2023, remove difficulties for production and business, create livelihoods for people, reform administrative procedures, improve the investment and business environment, remove difficulties for businesses and people in the area, the Provincial People's Committee requires leaders of departments, branches, relevant agencies and units to seriously and effectively implement tasks and solutions in the remaining days of 2023 and right from the first days, first months and the whole year of 2024.
In particular, the Provincial Tax Department continues to review all arising revenue sources, the amount of tax that is still extended, grasp the budget payers in the area and field to have appropriate and effective revenue management solutions, exploit the remaining revenue sources, potential, inspect and control the tax declaration and settlement of enterprises, organizations and individuals to ensure correct and sufficient collection, at the same time strengthen the inspection, examination, and strict control of tax declaration and refund records, detect and handle tax fraud, invoices, strengthen the prevention of trade fraud, smuggling, etc.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant local departments and branches to review, urge and guide localities to prepare documents and procedures for auctioning real estate facilities, promptly handle them according to their authority, inspect and review the restructuring and reorganization of state-owned enterprises, promote equitization and divestment of state capital in enterprises, proactively organize budget expenditure management according to assigned estimates, and invest in purchasing assets to ensure savings.
The People's Committees of districts and cities focus on accelerating the budget collection progress, strengthening coordination in implementing the project on tax collection management, handling, enforcement, paying attention to directing the acceleration of basic construction progress and managing state budget expenditures and other key areas appropriately, contributing to the good implementation of state budget collection in 2023 and the first months of 2024.
