Le Ninh commune currently has 3 kindergartens, 3 primary schools, 3 secondary schools, and 1 high school (all under the management of the Department of Education and Training).

In the 2025-2026 school year, schools in the commune have strived to build a friendly learning environment, aiming to improve the overall quality of education . At each educational level, innovation is implemented flexibly, in accordance with the specific psychological and physiological characteristics of students. At the preschool level, the focus is on innovating content, creating and improving playgrounds and gardens to create a green, clean, and beautiful environment; effectively implementing a child-centered care and education program; and innovating teaching methods, creating opportunities for children to engage in experiential activities, helping them develop comprehensively.

Primary schools focus on innovating teaching methods, flexibly organizing teaching and learning activities, and assessing students in a way that develops their qualities and competencies; emphasizing experiential activities, skills education, and the application of knowledge to real-world situations. For lower secondary schools, while ensuring the knowledge and skills standards of the general education curriculum, schools focus on developing educational plans that are oriented towards developing students' competencies, tailored to the school's conditions, local context, and students' learning abilities.

Furthermore, schools have actively reformed the activities of professional groups and teams, diversified teaching methods both in-person and online via the internet; strengthened the organization of foreign language teaching at the primary school level and promoted experiential education, career guidance, and teaching linked to production, business, and scientific and technical research for secondary school students. The scale and network of schools and classes have been appropriately arranged, basically meeting the learning needs of the people. The universalization of education at all levels has been firmly maintained.

The overall quality of education has seen many positive changes, and the quality of specialized education continues to be maintained. Schools consistently prioritize moral education, traditional education, and life skills training for students. The teaching staff and educational administrators are standardized in terms of qualifications and competence; the arrangement, deployment, and rotation of teachers and educational administrators are carried out promptly and in accordance with regulations.

At the high school level, the entire commune has 39 students who won provincial-level awards in core subjects and competitions organized by the Department of Education and Training; including 1 first prize, 14 second prizes, 12 third prizes, and 12 consolation prizes.

Besides academic studies, the commune's physical training and national defense education movements have also achieved great success. At the provincial-level school sports competition, athletes from Le Ninh commune won 55 awards; including 22 gold medals, 3 silver medals, and 23 bronze medals... Notably, Tran Van Khanh (12A class, Hoang Hoa Tham High School) excellently won the consolation prize in live firing with AK submachine guns at the National Defense and Security Sports Competition.

Entering the 2026-2027 school year, Le Ninh commune aims to continue comprehensive reforms towards standardization, modernization, socialization, and democratization of education.
