A notable aspect of Binh Duong 's approach is that most communes and wards in the province now have public spaces for residents to use. Besides rural areas with ample land that can accommodate large public spaces, even in cities where land is limited, local authorities utilize prime locations to create mini-parks. For children, these are truly valuable spaces where they can freely play.

To date, Binh Duong province has over 100 such parks, and more are under construction. These mini-parks range in size from ^100m² to ^15,000m² . The locations chosen for these parks are in central, high-value areas, many of which are former government offices that have been relocated. Notably, some prime, bustling areas in Binh Duong province, valued at hundreds of billions of dong, have been repurposed by the local authorities as recreational spaces for residents. Thu Dau Mot City and Thuan An City are among the localities with the most parks of this type.

Many residents appreciate the local authorities' approach in creating public spaces in neighborhoods where adults and children can comfortably exercise and relax. These areas have even become community gathering places for local residents.

Summer is also the peak of the rainy season. If parents are careless, children can be in danger when crossing wide-open drains or sections of road with swirling water. Children are always active; if they don't have enough space to run, jump, and play, they will find other spaces. Therefore, creating a safe and comfortable environment for children during this time is crucial, as the first rains of the season and the sound of cicadas signal the arrival of summer…
