Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said that the groundbreaking of the Binh An - Dong Tay project promises to bring opportunities for settlement, investment and economic development, while contributing to shaping a modern, creative and sustainable urban center. With favorable criteria in both traffic and infrastructure, the project area has been oriented to develop science and technology and start-ups for young people in the coming period.
Mr. Le Nhu Thach, Chairman of Bcons Group, said that the project will contribute to creating a new urban appearance for the area and be an ideal working space for domestic and foreign companies and corporations to set up headquarters. The project is expected to be operational in 2028 and will contribute to the urban scale of the area, which has been shaped as a center of innovation, digital transformation and creativity.
The project is built on a land area of 30,000m2 with a total investment of more than 6,500 billion VND, including: a complex of more than 1,800 apartments, a 39-storey twin tower for trade and services with a total area of nearly 173,000m2 - this is also the headquarters of Bcons Group in the future. Bcons Binh An - Dong Tay project is located right on Thong Nhat street connecting with Hanoi Highway, adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City National University urban area.
