That is Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, a teacher at Tuan Giao High School in Dien Bien province. For over 10 years, with his benevolent heart and boundless love, he has devoted his youth to giving love. And with his beautiful actions, he has spread a beautiful lifestyle to many individuals and philanthropists who have come to the heroic land of Dien Bien to light the fire of compassion.
