Strengthening cooperation and connections between Goertek Group and Vietnamese businesses.

BAC NINH - On the afternoon of September 24, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the delegation of Goertek Group led by Mr. Jiang Bin, Chairman of the Group. Attending were representatives of leaders of a number of departments and branches of the province.

At the beginning of the working session, Mr. Jiang Bin expressed his deep gratitude to the leaders of Bac Ninh province for creating favorable conditions for Goertek Group to operate and expand its scale in Que Vo Industrial Park over the past decade.

Mr. Jiang Bin stated that the number of workers at Goertek Vina Company, a subsidiary of the Group, has doubled compared to before, demonstrating the strong and stable growth of the enterprise in the local area.

With over 11 years of presence in Bac Ninh, Goertek Group has become a strategic partner of many leading global technology brands. Notably, following a suggestion from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee during a visit to the company, the Group has focused on recruiting highly skilled workers and outstanding local students, forming a high-quality technical team composed of native personnel. This is considered a key direction in Goertek Group's human resource development strategy for the future.

Speaking at the reception, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan highly appreciated the contributions of Goertek Group to the socio -economic development of the province. He affirmed that Bac Ninh province always cares and creates favorable conditions for enterprises, especially FDI enterprises with responsibility to the community like Goertek Group.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also acknowledged the Group's efforts in training and utilizing Vietnamese human resources, helping domestic workers participate in important production stages. He expressed his hope that Goertek Group would develop its high-quality human resource training center into a specialized training school, serving not only foreign vendors but also Vietnamese businesses.

Providing more information about the socio-economic development of the province, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan said that after the merger, Bac Ninh province has had a synergistic development from other provinces, and economic indicators are among the leading groups in the country. In particular, when the Politburo issued the Resolution on the "four pillars", it created a driving force to promote the overall development of the country, and Bac Ninh also had a clear change.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his excitement at the business results of Goertek Group in general and Goertek Vina Company in particular. He also suggested the idea for the Group to organize working environment tours for students and excellent workers, in order to create motivation to study, practice and improve, enhance working capacity, and contribute to the overall development of the country.

Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan presented the Goertek Group's leadership with traditional craft products from the locality.

Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan informed that the province has just established the Provincial Industrial Production Association, which brings together science and technology enterprises, including many high-quality human resources. Therefore, the Group can connect and cooperate to strengthen Vietnamese enterprises as partners of the Group.

On this occasion, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan presented the leaders of Goertek Group with a souvenir of a traditional craft village product of Bac Ninh province.
