On the afternoon of December 5, at Nghia Lo ward, comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the house handover ceremony for 13 poor households and households in difficult circumstances in 3 wards of Nghia Lo, Trung Tam and Cau Thia.

This is an activity in the program "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025, sponsored by Emulation Block No. 5 - State Bank of Vietnam and National Payment Joint Stock Company of Vietnam (NAPAS).

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh congratulated the families who received support to build new houses.

In 2025, Emulation Block No. 5 sponsored 780 million VND, supporting each house with 60 million VND. Combined with resources from local and households, after 4 months of implementation from July 2025, 13 houses were built with a total cost of about 160 million VND per house. The houses all met the "3 hard" criteria, with an area of ​​50 - 100 m², including: 9 flat-roofed houses, 3 concrete stilt houses, 1 wooden stilt house, with a total cost of over 2 billion VND.

Emulation block number 5 gives an additional 32-inch TV to each family.

After the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of Emulation Block No. 5 visited, inspected, congratulated and gave gifts to encourage 2 households who had just built new houses in Trung Tam ward (Mr. Cam Ngoc Lien's household) and Nghia Lo ward (Mrs. Dong Thi Van's household).
