Colonel Dinh Van Hung, Provincial Party Committee member, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for Project 1371, chaired the training course.

Over three days, reporters and legal educators from participating agencies and units received training in political theory, legal knowledge, and legal education and dissemination skills, covering fundamental topics such as: managing fisheries activities and combating illegal fishing; the Law on Civil Status; the Law on Access to Information; new points in the Land Law; and prohibited acts.

Information on prohibited acts and ways to prevent them, fraud and property misappropriation through cyberspace; some basic contents of the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Criminal Procedure Code; training on forms, methods, and skills in disseminating, popularizing, and educating the public about the law for officers, soldiers, and people at the grassroots level…
In his opening remarks at the training course, Colonel Dinh Van Hung, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee 1371, acknowledged and praised the spirit and responsibility of the lecturers from various agencies and units who actively participated in the training.
Colonel Dinh Van Hung stated that the practical need for access to legal information among officials and people in key areas, remote regions, and ethnic minority areas is essential to raising public awareness, stabilizing people's lives, and bringing the law closer to officials, soldiers, and the people.
