Information technology training

On December 8, 2011, the Lao Cai Department of Education and Training, in coordination with the Information Technology Department of the Ministry of Education and Training, organized a training course for key IT personnel in the education sector. Attending the training were leaders from the Information Technology Department, leaders from the Lao Cai Department of Education and Training, specialists from the Information Technology Department, specialists from the IT Division of the Department, and IT staff and teachers from the Education and Training Departments, high schools, and the Provincial Continuing Education Center.

Mr. Truong Kim Minh – Director of the Department of Education and Training, delivered a speech giving directions.

 

Speaking at the training conference, Mr. Truong Kim Minh, Director of the Department of Education and Training, emphasized the role and importance of applying information technology in schools, noting that it is one of the key steps in reforming management and teaching methods.

The training session aimed to equip participants with knowledge on the technical aspects of installing, utilizing, and operating virtual meeting rooms via web conferencing. It also introduced new technologies and the development of e-schools, enhanced skills in creating e-learning lectures, and discussed issues and solutions to further promote the effective use of information technology in educational institutions.

The class started on December 8, 2011 and ended on December 10, 2011.
