Training on digital transformation software in Party organizations.

NDO - On May 13th, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held an online conference to disseminate the Digital Transformation Project, provide training, and implement the use of the shared operational management information system software in Party agencies.

The conference aims to create unity in awareness, responsibility, and action throughout the Party and the city's political system to effectively implement digital transformation within the Party from the central to the grassroots level; and to synchronously, uniformly, and effectively implement the shared Operational Management Information System software deployed by the Central Party Office in Party agencies in Ho Chi Minh City.

The conference aims to improve the quality of leadership and management of Party committees, the Fatherland Front , and political and social organizations at all levels in the digital environment, meeting the requirements for sending, receiving, processing, and accessing documents anytime, anywhere. This contributes to enhancing the efficiency of operational activities and the work performance of leaders and staff, in order to meet the new demands of the current digital transformation era.

According to the Master Plan for the Implementation of the Digital Transformation Project in Party Agencies, issued by the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in Party Agencies, there are specific objectives for digital transformation in Party agencies from 2025 to 2028. These include key tasks such as developing digital infrastructure; developing digital platforms and applications; developing shared digital data; ensuring information security and safety; and developing human resources.

The plan also requires Provincial and Municipal Party Committees to establish or strengthen steering committees for the development of science , technology, innovation, and digital transformation; to prioritize the classification, organization, and cleaning of records and documents for handover and digitization; and to focus on handing over records and documents... at Party committees and agencies undergoing mergers or dissolution.

In addition, it is necessary to develop, issue, and implement a plan for the Digital Transformation Project, and regularly monitor its implementation; review programs, plans, projects, and initiatives related to information technology and digital transformation to ensure consistency, avoid duplication, and prevent waste…
