Training on digital transformation software in Party agencies

The conference aims to create unity in awareness, responsibility and action throughout the Party and the city's political system to effectively implement digital transformation in the Party bloc from the Central to the grassroots levels; at the same time, synchronously, uniformly and effectively deploy the software of the Shared Operational Management Information System deployed by the Central Party Office in Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies.

The conference thereby improved the quality of leadership and management of Party committees, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in the digital environment, meeting the requirements of sending, receiving, processing and exploiting documents anytime, anywhere, contributing to improving the efficiency of management activities and work performance of leaders and specialists to meet new requirements in the current digital transformation period.

According to the Master Plan for implementing the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies issued by the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in Party agencies, there are specific goals for digital transformation in Party agencies from 2025 to 2028. These include the main tasks of developing digital infrastructure; developing digital platforms and digital applications; developing shared digital data; ensuring information safety and security, and at the same time, performing the task of developing human resources.

The plan also requires Provincial and Municipal Party Committees to establish or consolidate steering committees for science, technology, innovation and digital transformation development; focus on prioritizing the classification, editing and cleaning of records and documents for handover and digitization; focus on handing over records and documents... at Party committees and agencies that carry out mergers and dissolutions.

Along with that, develop, promulgate, and deploy a plan to implement the Digital Transformation Project, regularly urge the implementation; review programs, plans, projects, and projects on information technology and digital transformation to ensure consistency, avoid duplication, waste, etc.
