On May 10th, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center organized an online training conference on the use of shared software in the implementation of administrative unit restructuring.
The event was attended by Ms. Vo Thi Trung Trinh, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center.

The program attracted the participation of a large number of officials and employees from departments, agencies, district and city People's Committees, Thu Duc City, 273 wards, communes, and towns in Ho Chi Minh City, along with representatives from departments and agencies of Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces.
During the training session, officials and civil servants were introduced to and guided on the use of the shared software for document management in the state administrative system. The focus was on tasks such as receiving and processing incoming documents, issuing outgoing documents, and internal document circulation, aiming to ensure that administrative work is handled smoothly, efficiently, and according to established procedures.
According to Vo Thi Trung Trinh, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center, the deployment of shared software is an important step in the digital transformation process, especially in the context of reorganizing administrative units towards a more streamlined and efficient model.
Ms. Trinh believes that standardizing the software will enhance connectivity and data sharing between agencies and units, improving the quality of service for citizens and businesses.
In the coming period, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center will continue to organize in-depth training courses on document management and administrative procedures for officials and specialists at departments, agencies, and localities in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
