On May 10, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center held an online conference to train on the use of shared software in implementing administrative unit arrangement.
Attending was Director of Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center Vo Thi Trung Trinh.

The program attracted the participation of many officials, civil servants and public employees from departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, Thu Duc City, 273 wards, communes and towns in Ho Chi Minh City, and representatives of departments and branches of Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces.
At the training session, the staff and civil servants were introduced and instructed on how to use the shared software for document management in the state administrative system. The focus was on the operations of receiving and processing incoming documents, issuing outgoing documents, circulating internal documents, etc. to ensure that administrative work is handled smoothly, effectively and in accordance with procedures.
Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center Vo Thi Trung Trinh said that deploying shared software is an important step in the digital transformation process, especially in the context of restructuring administrative units towards streamlining and efficiency.
Ms. Trinh said that unifying software helps increase connectivity and data sharing between agencies and units, improving service quality for people and businesses.
In the coming time, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center will continue to organize specialized training courses on document management and administrative procedures for staff and experts at departments, branches and localities in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
