Fisherman Hoang Van Bach (Thach Kim commune, Thach Ha district) shared: "Although there hasn't been a ban on sailing yet, we've proactively brought our boats ashore to anchor. Following the forecast, we know that the weather will be rough with strong winds in the coming days, so coming ashore now is to ensure safety. When anchored at the port, we will regularly contact the management board, pay attention to safety, and wait until the weather stabilizes before continuing to go out to sea."
The Management Board will closely monitor weather developments and directives from provincial departments and agencies to promptly coordinate with relevant units to inform fishermen, enabling them to proactively manage their fishing activities at sea. The ultimate goal is to help fishermen understand all information, thereby being more proactive in responding to situations, contributing to minimizing risks and protecting their own safety and that of their vessels.
