TH and Vietnamese imprint on Russian land

A meaningful milestone

The factory is located in Borovsk district, Kaluga province - a region identified by the Russian Government as a key growth point for the dairy industry in the next decade, with the goal of producing 1 million tons of raw milk by 2030, an increase of 40% compared to the present. Phase 1 of the TH project here has a capacity of 500 tons/day, aiming for 1,000 tons/day in 2026. This is one of the factories with the largest milk processing capacity in the Russian Federation.

Not stopping there, TH Group is synchronously deploying a closed ecosystem “from green pastures to clean glasses of milk”. High-tech dairy farms will continue to be completed, including the K2 farm in Kaluga and expanded areas in Bashkortostan and Primorsky, creating a modern supply chain with quality control according to international standards.

The entire production chain uses advanced technology from Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, China..., meeting the highest food safety and quality standards of the Russian market.

The deep historical roots and special tradition of friendly cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation are a touching and faithful story, woven from a long history of profound events. Although the world has undergone many changes, the flow of Vietnam-Russia relations remains as steadfast as an unchanging underground source, continued through generations of politicians, intellectuals, businessmen and people of the two countries.

TH Group’s project in Russia cannot be separated from that context. It is history that has created a solid spiritual foundation for Vietnamese enterprises to be welcomed not only by economic reason, but also by emotion and sympathy.

Speaking at the Vietnam-Russia Business Forum on the occasion of the event, General Secretary To Lam emphasized: “At this stage, the need for innovation is being posed for Vietnam-Russia relations, especially in cooperation between businesses of the two countries. I hope that the business communities of both sides will not miss the opportunity, quickly grasp and take advantage of the opportunity to develop worthy of the stature of the Vietnam-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.”

The inauguration of the TH factory in Kaluga, with the presence of the General Secretary, is a vivid symbol of that spirit. This is also a concrete demonstration of the correct policy of the Party and State of Vietnam in considering the private economy as an important driving force of the economy, a pioneering force in innovation, and the development of science and technology - as General Secretary To Lam signed and issued on behalf of the Politburo Resolution 68-NQ/TW (dated May 4, 2025) on the development of the private economy.

In her speech, Ms. Thai Huong - founder and Chairwoman of TH Group's Strategy Council - emotionally affirmed:

“The Vietnamese people always remember the sincere help of Russia during the fierce war years. TH Group came to Russia during the embargo period, followed by epidemics and conflicts, but with relentless perseverance and great determination bearing the heroic virtues of a heroic nation, it overcame all difficulties, bringing about the result that today the TH fresh milk processing factory in Kaluga was inaugurated, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, methodicalness and seriousness”.

The project was implemented seriously, professionally, and with profound humanity. Despite facing sanctions, the Covid-19 pandemic, special military campaigns, and many geopolitical challenges, the support policies from the Russian Government were still maintained in the direction of developing modern, self-reliant agriculture - further affirming TH's strategic and long-term vision in the land of the White Birch.

Products from heart and vision

From pasteurized milk, yogurt, kefir to cheese, ice cream and fermented products, TH not only produces food but also creates real values: clean, safe, good for health. TH applies science and technology and management science to optimize costs, ensure the highest quality, bring products to consumers at reasonable costs - such as the Gold and Special awards that TH has won at many international fairs and exhibitions.

The message “Let’s make a glass of pure Vietnamese-Russian milk” is not only an invitation to consume, but also a cultural symbol, evoking a humanistic exchange between the two countries.

TH also actively invests in education, healthcare, and community development in Kaluga. Local authorities call it “an investor who does not come simply for profit, but together creates a new land” - the most concrete expression of a creative enterprise, not only in the economic field, but also on the moral and social responsibility front.
