Thai Binh Province has new Directors and Deputy Directors for 5 new departments.

Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of February 19th, the 17th Provincial People's Council of Thai Binh , term 2021-2026, held a meeting to address urgent matters. The appointments of the Directors and Deputy Directors of the five newly established departments in Thai Binh, formed by merging the old departments, were approved.

At the session, delegates voted to approve a resolution on the establishment of five specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, including: the establishment of the Thai Binh Department of Internal Affairs based on the merger of the Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Department of Construction of Thai Binh Province was established by merging the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport.

The Department of Science and Technology was established by merging the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Information and Communications.

The Thai Binh Department of Finance was established by merging the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Thai Binh Province was established by merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Immediately after the aforementioned meeting, the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the resolution and decision on the establishment of 5 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and personnel matters.

According to the information released at the conference, the list of appointed officials includes:

Mr. Ha Tien Thang, a member of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Director of the Department of Internal Affairs of Thai Binh Province. The four Deputy Directors of the Department of Internal Affairs of Thai Binh Province are: Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ly, Mr. Bui Van Huan, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang, and Mr. Le Manh Cuong.

Mr. Tran Quang Trien, a member of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Director of the Thai Binh Department of Construction. The six Deputy Directors of the Thai Binh Department of Construction are: Mr. Pham Viet Anh, Mr. Bui Anh Tuan, Mr. Bui Huy Quang, Mr. Pham Dung, Mr. Vu Manh Hung, and Mr. Dao Duy Thai.

Ms. Thai Thi Thu Huong, a member of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Director of the Thai Binh Department of Science and Technology. The five Deputy Directors of the Thai Binh Department of Science and Technology are: Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, Mr. Pham Van Quang, Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan, Mr. Vu Xuan Thanh, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Thai.

Mr. Pham Hong Tung, a member of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Director of the Thai Binh Department of Finance. The six Deputy Directors of the Thai Binh Department of Finance are: Mr. Vu Huy Hoang, Mr. Pham The Hung, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Mr. Pham Duc Thanh, Mr. Dao Quoc Tuan, and Mr. Dang Hong Ky.

Mr. Nguyen Van Chien, a member of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Thai Binh province. The four Deputy Directors of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Thai Binh province are: Mr. Nguyen Van Truong, Mr. Nguyen Duy Chinh, Mr. Vu Manh Thia, and Mr. Do Quy Phuong.
