Binh has potential and advantages in terms of labor supply, the number of people of working age is over 1,2 million; there are 2 universities, 4 colleges, 23 vocational schools, of which Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy and Thai Binh Medical College have the scale of training tens of thousands of medical students, meeting the needs of demand for high-quality human resources to serve the pharmaceutical-biological industrial park. In addition, Thai Binh also has natural and soil conditions that are very suitable for developing medicinal areas serving the industrial zone. Currently, the province is carrying out some initial tasks so that the IP can be quickly deployed in the field.

Along with that, the Board of Directors agreed to request the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to add land use norms for industrial development in the master plan and plan on land use in the period of 2020 - 2025 of Thai Binh province.
