According to a report from the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police), from July 10 to 16, the traffic police force has fined 8 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law.
One case was fined for overspeeding.
Accordingly, through the intelligent surveillance camera system at key intersections in Thai Binh province, the functional force has recorded and handled 23 cases of traffic safety violations. The main traffic violations are not obeying the orders of traffic lights, exceeding the prescribed speed, not obeying the signals and instructions of signs and road markings. In which, the error of not obeying the signal of the traffic light accounted for the most with 15 cases; overspeed error is 8 cases.
